After bending down and washing their feet, Jesus told His disciples, “If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet. For I have given you an example, that you also should do just as I have done to you” (John 13:14-15). This principle of service is built into the kingdom of God. Every follower of Jesus is a servant to others. You can serve in many ways: in your family, with your neighbors, to a stranger you meet around town, or through intentional ministry and mission.

If you’ve been around church for any length of time, you’ve probably been asked to help with something. Churches are like a family—everyone gets a chore at some point. Anyone can take out the trash and wash the dishes, but not everyone is suited to fill all the ministry roles that a church needs. Paul used the example of a body with a head and ears and eyes and hands and feet. He said the Head is Jesus and the rest of God’s church are the ears and hands and eyes. We all fit a different place in the body—every one essential and every one unique.

But here’s the big difference: the ePersonality assessment is made just for Christians and explains God’s purpose behind your personality profile. This assessment is based on four distinct categories of oppositional statements… How I relate to the world around me (systematic or adaptive), how I relate to peopel (independent or social), how I process information (concrete or absract), and how I process decisions (head or heart).
